Hiking trip with friends! My two best friends and I stayed here this weekend for a hiking trip and had a blast! The property is beautiful, out of the way, well cared for, and exactly what we were looking for!!!

With many online arrangements the description & pictures are the best view possible to make appealing and once you arrive, often it's not all that was made to appear, yet doable.
This EXCEEDED how it was described.
If you want a quaint, quiet, clean, tight, modern cabin....this is your place. It has EVERYTHING you need and could ask for.
Tim was the best, really prompt responses. You can tell they take a LOT of pride in this pristine property.

Perfect getaway Beautiful and relaxing

Serene and private My brother and I have been doing an annual camping trip for years, and this may be our annual spot now! Clean, well-kept, and a fishing pond steps from our door! When we realized the sleeper sofa had no linens, Tim was immediately responsive and helped solve the issue. Loved the quiet and privacy, the Adirondack chairs, and firepit and stock of firewood. We'll be back.

The cabin is very well kept! Fishing in the pond was relaxing. It’s a lovely property! I also love the way the towels are folded!!

Kimbolton Cottage We really enjoyed the quaint, clean and comfortable setting in the hills near Kimbolton. The accommodations were as described and met with our needs perfectly. Our stay was very relaxing in the peace and quiet of the cottages location.. Would recommend to others seeking a nice couples retreat.

A Wonderful Stay Very clean. Entire property is fresh and well-maintained. There's a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, as well as a finished basement with a day bed and lounging area. Extremely happy with this quite place in the Grassman's backyard. Will definitely return.

Tim’s place is a little slice of paradise! It was immaculate. Very private. Great place to relax, unwind, and renew your spirit! We had incredible weather for November and really enjoyed the fire pit, sitting on the dock, and walking on the trails throughout the property. It’s very cozy…and just what we needed! Great for couples!
